Delays in providing access, documents, data, decisions or feedback may affect the project timeline. TechPro Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incomplete client input.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, relevant documents, access to systems or reports when needed, and timely feedback from the appropriate stakeholders.

TechPro Solutions relies on the information provided by the client and is not responsible for decisions based on incomplete, outdated or inaccurate data supplied by the client.

6. Deliverables and Ownership

Final deliverables may include analysis documents, process maps, requirements documentation, recommendations, reports, presentations, or other agreed materials.

Unless agreed otherwise, the client may use the final deliverables for internal business purposes after payment has been received in full.

7. Confidentiality

Information shared during a project is treated as confidential. This may include business processes, operational data, system details, financial information, internal documents, or other sensitive company information.

TechPro Solutions will not intentionally disclose confidential client information to third parties without permission, unless required by law.

8. Liability

TechPro Solutions provides professional advice, analysis and recommendations based on the information available at the time of the engagement.

The client remains responsible for final business decisions, system changes, operational implementation and third-party platform or vendor outcomes.

9. Cancellations

A project may be cancelled by either party in writing. If work has already started, the client may be invoiced for completed work, committed time, or agreed milestones up to the cancellation date.

10. Updates to Terms

TechPro Solutions may update these terms from time to time. The latest version published on this website applies to website use and general service enquiries unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
